Sean Ulmer, CA - President Sean Ulmer joined the Bidell team in 2010, having been involved in the natural gas compression industry since 1999. Previously, Mr. Ulmer spent eight years with Enerflex Systems Ltd. and its predecessor companies. He held various roles there including Vice President, Production Services where he was responsible for their global rental fleet and North American mechancial service divisions. He also held senior management positions overseeing their low horsepower compression business. Mr. Ulmer has also held various accounting and corporate finance positions including most recently as an Associate Partner in the Transaction Services department of a multi-national accounting firm. Mr. Ulmer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Evaluator.
Warren Craddock - General Manager Warren Craddock has been in the natural gas compression industry since 1979. He began his career with Barber Industries Ltd. in the field of instrumentation. Mr. Craddock then spent eleven years with Lakusta Compression Equipment Ltd., a division of Enserve Corporation where he specialized in flooded rotary screw technologies. Mr. Craddock joined Bidell™ as a principal partner in January 1993. Mr. Craddock became the General Manager of Bidell™ when Total Energy Services Ltd. purchased the company in 1998.
Mike Niles MBA, CMA - Controller Mr. Niles joined Bidell™ Equipment in March of 2008. His previous roles have included Corporate Controller for a publically traded midstream company, Controller for Total Oilfield Rentals, a Division of Total Energy Services Ltd., and Controller for an oilfield manufacturing firm. Mr. Niles holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and a CMA designation.
Kelly Mantei, P. Eng - Business Development Manager Prior to joining Bidell™ Equipment in April 2002, Mr. Mantei worked for Energy Industries as both a Sales Engineer and Project Engineer. Prior to working for Energy Industries, Mr. Mantei was a Field Service Engineer for Kadon Electro-Mechanical. As a naval officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr. Mantei graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1992 and served as a Marine Systems Engineering Officer until 1994.
Marc Vincent, P. Eng - Engineered Products / Fleet Manager Mr. Vincent joined the Bidell™ team in 2004. Mr. Vincent has worked in the gas compression and gas processing industry since 1992. His background includes sales, field trouble-shooting and domestic and international project engineering. Mr. Vincent's previous work experience includes heat exchanger design and sales, domestic and international compression sales, and gas plant design and sales.
Mel Barron - Production Manager Mr. Barron joined Bidell™ Equipment in July of 2003. Starting in the natural gas business with Pamco in 1981 and amalgamating with Enerflex in 1987, Mr. Barron held positions in fabrication, field service, engineering and project management. Mr. Barron is familiar with all aspects of natural gas compression processes and also has a strong background in product standardization.
Jerry Schmidt - Parts and Service Operations Manager Prior to joining Bidell™ Equipment in 2003, Mr. Schmidt served with Enerflex/Pamco, a natural gas fabrication and service company since 1987. His previous roles have included Field Service Technician, Field Services Coordinator, Service Manager, and Acting Branch Manager. Mr. Schmidt has extensive training and knowledge of natural gas compression, operations, and service.
Neil Walsh - Parts Manager Mr. Walsh joined the Bidell™ team in February 2007. Mr. Walsh has worked in the Gas Compression industry since 1988 when he began his career with Enerflex / Pamco as an Apprentice Partsman. Mr. Walsh has worked in management for the Parts and Service industry for the last 10 years.
